Terms.
Version 2026-10-07-draft · Last updated 7 October 2026
This is a draft.
These terms are written in plain English so you can see what we intend. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and they will be before any business goes live with real customers. If they change, we will ask you to accept the new version.
Ledarv answers your customers' enquiries, checks each job against what you can take on, and prepares a price from your own rate card for you to approve. These terms are the agreement between you, the business using Ledarv, and us, the team that runs it.
1. Who we are
Ledarv is run by its founding team and is not yet a registered company. We will name the legal entity here once it is registered. Until then you can reach us at support@ledarv.com.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Keep access to that email account safe: whoever controls it controls your Ledarv account. You must be allowed to act for the business you register, and the details you give us must be true.
3. What you are responsible for
- Your numbers. Prices are calculated from the rate card, margins and tax rates you enter. Check them. A starting price list we provide is a starting point, not advice on what to charge.
- Your quotes. Nothing is sent to a customer as a quotation until you approve it. An approved quote is your offer to your customer, not ours.
- Your customers. You decide which customers' data Ledarv handles for you, and you need a lawful reason to contact them. See the Privacy notice for how we handle that data on your behalf.
- Lawful use. Don't use Ledarv to send spam, to mislead people, or for anything illegal.
4. What the assistant does and does not do
The assistant always tells people it is automated; you cannot switch that off. It gathers details and answers questions. It does not decide prices: code calculates them from your rate card. It does not turn anyone away on its own: a job that does not fit comes to you to decide.
Automated systems make mistakes. Read what the assistant collected before you approve a quote.
5. Going live
Anyone can register and set a business up. Connecting a real channel, so that real customers reach your assistant, needs our approval for now. We may decline or pause that while we work with our first businesses.
6. Price
Ledarv is free to use during this early period. We will tell you clearly, and well in advance, before anything becomes chargeable, and you will be able to leave instead.
7. Availability
We work to keep Ledarv running and your data safe, but it is an early product and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features as we learn what works.
8. If something goes wrong
We are responsible for running the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that come from prices or details you entered, from a quote you approved, or from things outside our control. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Leaving
You can stop using Ledarv at any time and ask us to delete your account and data: see Delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we will tell you why.
10. Changes and questions
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version rather than rely on you noticing. Which country's law governs this agreement will be set out here once the company is registered.
Questions about any of this: support@ledarv.com.
